Shipping and Handling:
Orders ship on Wednesday and Friday, unless otherwise noted. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.
Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at email@example.com if your order arrived damaged.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.
For international orders shipped via USPS, once the package leaves US soil, the USPS does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in it’s destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the packaged delivered.
